May 7 2007, 2:28 AM EDT i was born and raise in the virgin islands......my sister graduated from there with honors....she came out cum lada...my mom had died that year, her grade dipped, but the school know the reason for her declind in her studies.and give her her rightful due...when i was a young girl. i attended school there in the summer....for classes....and it was know as upward bound....the UVI..was first know as CVI.....ST thomas is some where you would want to raise a child.... 6 out of 7 found this valuable. Do you? |
